SKY AI SUMMIT 2026 – EVENT PARTICIPANT PRIVACY NOTICE

Data Controller: Skymod Teknoloji Bilişim ve Danışmanlık San. Tic. A.Ş. (“SKYMOD”)

As SKYMOD, we process the personal data of participants in connection with Sky AI Summit 2026, to be held on 7 October 2026, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and applicable legislation.

1. Personal Data We Process

In connection with your registration for and participation in the event, we may process the following categories of personal data:

· Identity data: First name and surname.

· Contact data: Email address and telephone number.

· Professional data: Employer/company, title, department and role information.

· Event participation data: Registration and attendance status, preferences and areas of interest relating to the event.

· Visual and audio data: Photographs, video recordings and audio recordings that may be captured during the event.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

· Managing event registration and application processes.

· Creating participant lists and organizing the event.

· Managing event capacity and participant profiles.

· Providing information and communications relating to the event.

· Managing event entry and participation processes.

· Improving the participant experience.

· Managing requests and communications relating to the event.

· Carrying out post-event operational processes.

The use of photographs, video recordings and audio recordings captured during the event on SKYMOD’s website, social media accounts, post-event content and corporate communication materials will, where required, be carried out on the basis of your separate explicit consent.

3. Collection Methods and Legal Grounds

Your personal data may be collected electronically and/or physically through the event registration form, Luma or other event registration systems used, email, event check-in/registration processes, and visual and audio recordings made during the event.

Your personal data may be processed under the applicable processing conditions set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including for the planning and execution of the event, management of participant relations, and pursuit of SKYMOD’s legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not prejudice your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Processing activities that require explicit consent will only be carried out where you have separately provided such consent.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

To the extent necessary for the organization and operation of the event, your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

· Venue and event organization service providers.

· Technical infrastructure and registration service providers.

· Legally authorized public authorities and institutions.

· Suppliers and service providers engaged for the event where necessary.

Where visual or audio recordings are published on SKYMOD’s website or social media channels, such content may become publicly accessible on the internet.

Where personal data is transferred through service providers located outside Türkiye, such as Luma, HubSpot or similar providers, the transfer will be carried out in accordance with the cross-border transfer requirements and appropriate safeguards prescribed under the KVKK and applicable legislation.

5. Retention of Personal Data

Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and for any retention periods required by applicable legislation. When the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

6. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise your statutory rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, learn the third parties to whom it has been transferred, request correction or deletion where the relevant conditions are met, and exercise the other rights provided by applicable legislation.

SKYMOD olarak, 7 Ekim 2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirilecek Sky AI Summit 2026 etkinliği kapsamında katılımcılara ait kişisel verileri 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak işlemekteyiz.

1. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

Etkinliğe kayıt olmanız ve etkinliğe katılımınız kapsamında aşağıdaki kişisel verileriniz işlenebilir:

Kimlik bilgileri: Ad, soyad
İletişim bilgileri: E-posta adresi, telefon numarası
Mesleki bilgiler: Çalışılan kurum, unvan, departman/görev bilgisi
Etkinlik katılım bilgileri: Kayıt, katılım durumu, etkinlikle ilgili tercih ve ilgi alanları
Görsel ve işitsel veriler: Etkinlik sırasında çekilebilecek fotoğraf, video ve ses kayıtları

2. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları

Kişisel verileriniz;

etkinlik kayıt ve başvuru süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
katılımcı listesinin ve etkinlik organizasyonunun oluşturulması,
etkinlik kapasitesinin ve katılımcı profilinin yönetilmesi,
etkinliğe ilişkin bilgilendirmelerin yapılması,
etkinlik giriş ve katılım süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
katılımcı deneyiminin geliştirilmesi,
etkinliğe ilişkin talep ve iletişim süreçlerinin yönetilmesi,
etkinlik sonrası operasyonel süreçlerin yürütülmesi

amaçlarıyla işlenebilir. Etkinlik sırasında gerçekleştirilen fotoğraf, video ve ses kayıtlarının SKYMOD’un internet sitesi, sosyal medya hesapları, etkinlik sonrası içerikleri ve kurumsal iletişim materyallerinde kullanılması ise, gerekli olduğu durumlarda ayrı olarak alınacak açık rızanız doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilecektir.

3. Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi

Kişisel verileriniz; etkinlik kayıt formu, Luma veya kullanılan diğer etkinlik kayıt sistemleri, e-posta, etkinlik giriş/kayıt süreçleri ve etkinlik sırasında gerçekleştirilen görsel ve işitsel kayıtlar aracılığıyla elektronik ve/veya fiziksel yollarla elde edilebilir.

Kişisel verileriniz KVKK’nın 5’inci maddesinde düzenlenen ilgili kişisel veri işleme şartları kapsamında; etkinliğin planlanması ve yürütülmesi, katılımcı ilişkilerinin yönetilmesi ve SKYMOD’un meşru menfaatlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi amaçlarıyla, temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla işlenebilir.

Açık rıza gerektiren kişisel veri işleme faaliyetleri ise yalnızca ayrıca vereceğiniz açık rıza kapsamında gerçekleştirilecektir.

4. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz, etkinliğin organizasyonu ve yürütülmesi için gerekli olduğu ölçüde;

etkinlik alanı ve organizasyon hizmeti sağlayıcılarına,
teknik altyapı ve kayıt hizmeti sağlayıcılarına,
hukuken yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına,
gerekli olması halinde organizasyon kapsamında hizmet alınan tedarikçilere

ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde aktarılabilir.

Görsel ve işitsel kayıtların SKYMOD’un internet sitesi ve sosyal medya kanallarında yayımlanması halinde söz konusu içerikler internet ortamında kamuya açık hale gelebilir.

Yurt dışı aktarım notu: Luma, HubSpot veya benzeri yurt dışında yerleşik bir hizmet sağlayıcı üzerinden kişisel veri aktarımı gerçekleştiriliyorsa, bu bölüm kullanılan gerçek altyapı ve KVKK kapsamındaki yurt dışı aktarım mekanizmasına göre ayrıca uyarlanmalıdır.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Saklanması

Kişisel verileriniz, işlenme amaçlarının gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen saklama süreleri çerçevesinde muhafaza edilir. İşlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması halinde kişisel verileriniz ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.

6. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

KVKK’nın 11’inci maddesi kapsamında kişisel verilerinizle ilgili; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, gerekli şartların oluşması halinde düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini talep etme ve mevzuatta düzenlenen diğer haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz.

providing event-related communications,
managing admission and attendance processes,
improving the participant experience,

carrying out post-event operational processes.

The use of photographs, video and audio recordings on SKYMOD’s website, social media accounts, post-event content and corporate communication materials will, where required, be based on your separately obtained explicit consent.

3. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Personal data may be collected electronically and/or physically through the event registration form, Luma or other event registration systems, email, event check-in processes, and visual or audio recordings made during the event.

Personal data may be processed pursuant to the applicable legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK for the planning and execution of the event, management of participant relations and pursuit of SKYMOD’s legitimate interests, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects are not harmed.

Processing activities requiring explicit consent will only be carried out on the basis of separately obtained consent.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

To the extent necessary for the organization and operation of the event, personal data may be transferred to:

event venue and organization service providers,
technical infrastructure and registration service providers,
legally authorized public authorities, and
other suppliers engaged for the event where necessary.

If visual or audio recordings are published on SKYMOD’s website or social media channels, such content may become publicly accessible on the internet.

International transfer note: Where personal data is transferred through service providers located outside Türkiye, such as Luma, HubSpot or similar platforms, this section should be adapted according to the actual infrastructure used and the applicable cross-border transfer mechanism under the KVKK.

5. Retention of Personal Data

Personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing and applicable statutory retention periods. When the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise your statutory rights regarding your personal data, including requesting information on whether your data is processed, the purposes of processing, recipients of the data, and requesting correction or deletion where the applicable conditions are met.
