Growth Marketing
Position Summary
As the Growth Marketing at SKYMOD, you will build and run our growth engine from the ground up. You will produce content at startup speed, measure everything, double down on what works, and turn marketing into a predictable pipeline channel for one of Türkiye's fastest-growing enterprise AI companies.
This is not a "manage the agency" role. You will write, ship, test, and scale — and you will do it with an unfair advantage: you'll build your content operations on SkyStudio, our own enterprise AI platform, using the same AI agents our customers use. Your job is to make Skymod impossible to ignore in the enterprise AI conversation.
This is a high-impact role with a direct seat in the company's growth processes — sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product.
Key Responsibilities
Content Engine & Velocity
Build a high-velocity content engine: blog posts, LinkedIn content, customer stories, use case breakdowns — shipped weekly, not quarterly
Produce use case videos: write scripts, coordinate freelance production, and publish on a steady cadence
Establish and run a monthly webinar program end-to-end: topics, speakers, promotion, follow-up
Use AI (SkyStudio agents, LLMs) as a force multiplier in your daily content workflow — we practice what we sell
Metrics-Driven Growth
Own the numbers: traffic, engagement, MQL→SQL conversion, CAC by channel, content-to-pipeline attribution in HubSpot
Run structured experiments across channels and formats; kill what doesn't work fast, scale what does
Manage paid acquisition (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with clear ROI discipline
Own SEO and website conversion optimization for both Turkish and international audiences
Report growth metrics in the company's monthly OKR rhythm — your dashboard is part of company strategy
Growth Process Ownership
Take an active role in Skymod's growth processes: pipeline generation targets, launch campaigns (product releases, GOAT announcements), and event marketing including our flagship invite-only summit
Partner with the BDR and sales team so marketing-sourced leads land warm and well-qualified
Work with our Marketing Specialist, who runs marketing operations — you own growth, together you form the full marketing function
Feed market and competitor insights back into positioning and product
Required Qualifications Context
3–5 years of hands-on B2B SaaS growth or content marketing experience, with work you can show a portfolio of content, campaigns, and the numbers behind them
Proven ability to produce content fast and well, in both Turkish and English
Hands-on paid media experience (LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads) with budget ownership
Fluency with analytics and marketing tooling: Framer (must), HubSpot (or equivalent), GA4, SEO tools
Daily, practical use of AI tools in your workflow, you should be excited to push this further, not learning it from scratch
A builder's mindset: you thrive with ownership, ambiguity, and a weekly shipping cadence
Nice to Have
Experience marketing enterprise software, AI, or technical products
Webinar or event marketing track record
Video production coordination experience (briefing, editing feedback, publishing)
Design literacy (Canva/Figma) for fast self-serve creative
Familiarity with account-based marketing for enterprise audiences
