Business Operations Specialist | BizOps & CEO Office
Position Summary
As the BizOps & CEO Office Specialist at SKYMOD, you will own the operational heartbeat of one of Türkiye's fastest-growing enterprise AI companies. You will run our financial, administrative, people, and government-incentive operations end-to-end — invoicing, collections, payroll coordination, travel, and our Teknopark and TÜBİTAK compliance calendars while supporting the CEO Office in keeping the company's leadership rhythms sharp.
This is a high-trust role with daily access to the founding team. Your mission is simple and measurable: the machine runs, nothing slips, and the founders spend their time building is not on operational routine.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
• Issue e-invoices (e-fatura / e-arşiv) and own the customer invoicing calendar
• Track collections, send payment reminders, and run customer reconciliations
• Maintain pre-accounting records and coordinate daily with our external accounting firm (SMMM)
People Operations
• Handle SGK onboarding/offboarding filings and keep personnel files complete and audit-ready
• Orchestrate the monthly payroll cycle with our external payroll provider you coordinate, they calculate
• Track leave and manage benefits administration
Incentive & Compliance Operations
• Own the Teknopark İzmir (Law 4691) exemption calendar: monthly SGK and withholding-tax filings, portal-based personnel records, project extension and new project application files
• Run TÜBİTAK TEYDEB reporting operations: collect and organize expenditure documentation for period reports (AGY300), coordinate with the sworn financial advisor (YMM), track processes on PRODİS
• Support KOSGEB Teknoyatırım periodic reporting and payment claim files
• Zero missed deadlines across the entire incentive calendar this is the #1 success metric of the role
Travel, Events & CEO Office
• Book flights, hotels, and transfers for domestic and international travel, including global fairs and conferences; support visa processes
• Support the logistics of company rhythms: All-Hands, OKR check-ins, and leadership meeting follow-ups
• Manage office procurement, equipment and asset tracking, and keep the contract archive organized
Required Qualifications Context
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, pre-accounting, or financial administration
• Proficiency with at least one pre-accounting tool (Logo, Mikro, or Paraşüt) and e-invoice workflows
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; exceptional calendar and process discipline
• Absolute discretion with payroll and financial data
• Native Turkish and working proficiency in English with our partners and platforms are global
• You thrive on being the person who never lets anything slip
Nice to Have
• Experience at a technopark company, technopark management company, or a YMM/SMMM office
• Familiarity with Law 4691 exemptions and TÜBİTAK TEYDEB reporting processes
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, or Confluence — data discipline is part of our culture
• Event or travel coordination experience
